What a great BTME we have had. It's been fantastic to catch up with so many friends, and as always a reminder of why greenkeeping is the best job in the world - when it's going well.
One of the highlights was the BIGGA Awards evening on Tuesday, when we were able to include the presentation of the Amenity Sprayer Operator of the Year.
Congratulations to Nathan Hume, who does a brilliant professional job - and awesome that he got to share the stage with Strictly Come Dancing star, Naga Munchetty, and STRI's Dr Ruth Mann.
It's elevated the ASOY Award onto the platform of must win competitions - especially when you think Nathan's going to get a trip to Kentucky as part of the prize, to the biggest amenity trade show in the US.
Have a great time, Nathan, and hope you learn a lot on the trip to add to your experience and knowledge.
